Through Ayurveda and faith-centered guidance, women reconnect to their their inner wisdom, vitality, and sense of purpose.
I truly believe that this life is a gift. But what happens when the environment, lifestyle, and culture we live in perpetuate a sense of distance within. One that disconnects us from our natural rythms and replaces our inner voice with an inner critic? It becomes easy to lose connection to ourselves, our communities, and our relationship to something greater.
To me, wellness is not just about the body, but about the rhythms we keep, the capacity we have to accept or hold hard things, the thoughts we feed, and the meaning we give to our lives. It’s about our connection to nature, to God, to community, creativity, and to a greater sense of purpose.
My aim is to support people to find their unique rhythms and balance throughout different seasons by offering tools grounded in Ayurvedic wisdom, and practices that help one to deepen their connection to a greater sense of purpose, and themselves.
Tattva is a Sanskrit word meaning "thatness," "principle," "reality," or "truth," representing the fundamental elements or aspects of existence.
Ayurveda is a 3,000 to 5,000-year-old holistic healing system originating in India, often called the "science of life" (Ayur = life, Veda = science/knowledge). It aims to balance the body, mind, and spirit through diet, herbal remedies, and lifestyle changes to prevent and treat illness. It operates on the principle that health depends on the harmony between mind, body, and spirit.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies focused on Philosophy, Psychology, and Art, along with Master’s-level coursework in Integral Counseling Psychology—an approach which integrates psychology from a mind, body, spirit, and human centered perspective. In addition, I have been a cetified Being True to You Transformational Coach since March, 2023; specializing in working with altered states of consciousness and integration of ketamine assisted therapy.
My Approach Includes:
• Ayurvedic Lifestyle Guidance to support individualized wellness through different seasons
• Yoga, Sound Healing, & Cacao Ceremonies for community building and connection
• Mindset & Self-Discovery Work to support inner alignment and creative inspiration
• Daily Rituals & Rhythms to create grounded, sustainable living
