Sound Healing and Cacao Ceremonies

Sound Healing Journey (60–75 Minutes)

A deeply restorative experience using crystal singing bowls, therapeutic sound, and guided relaxation to help calm the nervous system and invite the body into a state of rest and healing.

During this session, you may experience:

*Deep relaxation and stress relief

*Sound meditation with crystal singing bowls

*Nervous system regulation and energetic balancing

*Space for emotional release and inner reflection

*A renewed sense of clarity, peace, and presence

No experience is necessary—simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.

Ceremonial Cacao Experience (60–90 Minutes)

A heart-centered ritual centered around ceremonial-grade cacao, an ancient plant medicine traditionally used to cultivate presence, connection, and self-reflection. This gentle ceremony creates space to slow down, set intentions, and reconnect with yourself in a communial environment.

Your ceremony may include:

*A guided cacao ritual and intention setting

*Breathwork and meditation

*Journaling or self-inquiry prompts

*Gentle movement or mindfulness practices

*Integration and reflection

Perfect for those seeking greater clarity, self-love, creativity, or a meaningful pause from the busyness of everyday life.
